I design interiors that look collected over a lifetime, not decorated for the moment. Furniture with a history, fabric with depth, rooms with stories: A home that feels unmistakably yours.

When my husband's career brought us to Dallas, it also meant the chance to be closer to his family. Leaving the friends, clients, and relationships I had spent over a decade building in Wisconsin was not a small thing, but starting over has a way of clarifying what actually matters in your work, and what is simply habit.

We bought a house here that was straight out of 1986: original finishes, a dated layout, but it was filled with light, and that I loved. We took it to the studs, moved walls, and rebuilt nearly every surface. Seven months later, we moved in, my own most demanding client throughout. But the first week, a neighbor stood in the doorway and said, "This home just feels like it gives you a hug." That's the whole job, really.

My approach hasn't changed with the zip code: unfitted, collected, and layered, rooms built to be lived in, not just photographed. Twig & Trove Interiors is based in Dallas, and my work spans high-end residential projects across the city and the nation, including Park Cities, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, and Lakewood. I'm also recognized as an editorial stylist for national shelter publications, with features in Traditional Home Magazine, Luxe Magazine, and other Meredith Publications, a sensibility that informs every space I design.

These days, you'll find me walking Huck along the Katy Trail, getting my morning Pilates in, or out with my husband catching live music somewhere in the city. At home, our cat CiCi is usually holding court in whatever patch of sunlight she has claimed as her own.
