Every engagement begins with a complimentary Discovery Call with Kimberly herself, a candid conversation about the home, the client's vision, and the investment they have in mind for the project. There are no wrong answers and no pressure; the goal is simply to determine whether Twig & Trove is the right fit before anything else begins. Once an engagement is confirmed, Kimberly personally reviews the space, the architectural plans, and the client's wishlist in full, developing a design direction grounded in how the space will actually be lived in. This phase results in a complete design presentation: floor plans, a curated material palette, furniture layouts, and imagery bringing the concept to life, so the client sees and approves the full vision before a single item is ordered.
This is where the project takes shape. Kimberly presents selections, refines them in collaboration with the client, and moves approved items into procurement and order management. Whether the project involves new construction, a full renovation, or furnishing an existing home with intention, she coordinates directly with the architect, builder, and trades at every stage, guiding investment decisions to align with your priorities and keeping selections, schedules, and timelines on track with regular updates along the way.
There is nothing quite like walking into a finished space for the first time. Twig & Trove installs and styles the space, then walks through the finished home with the client to address any final details before calling the project complete. What remains is a home that feels unmistakably the client's own.
